§ 7-98. Definitions.

Whenever in Chapter X or Chapter X-A of the Sanitary Code of the State of Louisiana the term "State Health Officer" is used it shall mean "Plaquemines Parish Health Department Administrator," and wherever authority is granted in Chapter 10 or Chapter 10-A of the Sanitary Code, State of Louisiana to the "State Health Officer or Agent" such authority shall be granted to the "Plaquemines Parish Health Department Administrator" or his duly authorized agent or representative.
