§ 7-122. Notification of business name and address.

Every person shall notify the department of permits of the address of his place of business, and the name of the business, and shall give immediate notice to the department of any change in either. The licensee is additionally subject to the following conditions:
(a)

The licensee shall make payment to the department of all fees for inspections as called for by this Code or ordinances.

(b)

Payment shall be had within three (3) working days of the inspection. Payments received after three (3) working days shall be subject to a five dollars ($5.00) penalty charge.
