§ 12-27. Pipes, buoys, etc., to have flags and markers.

All pipes, buoys and other markers used in connection with seismic work shall be properly flagged in the daytime and lighted at night according to the navigation rules of the U.S. Corps of Engineers and the U.S. Coast Guard.
