§ 12-26. Pipes generally.

(a)

All pipe used in geophysical operations must be removed by the party using such pipe to at least six (6) feet below the bottom of water bed before finally leaving the shotpoint.

(b)

All parties using pipe must have clearly stamped at each end of each joint the name or abbreviation of the name of the company using the pipe.
