§ 13-85. Report of inspection.

The parish health inspector or safety engineer, after making the inspection required herein, shall file written report with the parish board of health with recommendations for the suspension or discontinuance of such operation depending upon the extent of annoyance, discomfort and harm caused persons living in close proximity thereto, or the manner in which the public health and convenience of the community may be injuriously affected.
