§ 15-14. Parking of commercial vehicles prohibited.

(a)

The parking of commercial vehicles on all streets in Belle Chasse, Louisiana, excluding emergency vehicles only, is prohibited.

(b)

Any person who violates any of the provisions of this section shall be responsible for the expense of having the vehicle towed and fined an amount not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00) or imprisoned for not more than fifteen (15) days in the parish jail or both fined and imprisoned at the discretion of the court.
