§ 17-106. Copies of entries to be sent to sheriff.

Every person licensed under the provisions of this article and other applicable ordinances shall make out and deliver or post mark or mail to the sheriff of the parish, every day before the hour of 12:00 noon, a legible and correct copy of the entries in the book mentioned in section 17-104 above, during the previous day. The name given by the person making a sale shall be furnished to the sheriff when he requests same.
