§ 18-25. Approval of the board.

Latest version.

Any approval shall be by a simple majority vote of the membership of the board. If no quorum is present with respect to any scheduled meeting, the board may convene solely to hear and take evidenced and testimony on the matters set on the agenda pursuant to notice property given.
