§ 19-20. Plans and specifications.

Complete plans and specifications for proposed underground street lighting systems must be submitted to the director of operations and the local electric utility prior to starting construction. Plans shall be checked for proper standard space, standard conformance, and type fixture and glassware before approval is given. Application for electrical permit shall describe the electrical work to be done and shall be made in writing.
