§ 19-22. Guarantee.

The person, firm or corporation in whose name the permit is issued shall guarantee to the parish government all work for a period of one (1) year following final approval of all street lights and standards. That person, firm or corporation shall also be responsible for payment of utility bills for one (1) year following final approval of all street lights and standards.
