§ 19-28. Designation of responsibility for underground street light installation.

It shall be the responsibility of any person to install or cause to be installed underground street lighting systems in any area where it is deemed necessary to conform with the existing street lighting conditions, or, when any person enters into an agreement with local electric utility company providing for rear lot line electric distribution.
