§ 19-27. Grounding.

The service equipment shall be grounded at the local utility's pole to a driven electrode. There shall be run the length of the system an equipment grounding conductor of number (8) AWG copper for grounding all light stands, metallic equipment. The equipment grounding conductors shall be insulated conductors. Each standard shall have a driven electrode at its base connected to the standard with minimum number (8) copper wire.
