§ 19-57. Object and scope.

The object and scope of this article is to provide standards for the construction, maintenance, installation, alteration or removal of bridges across drainage canals owned, operated or maintained by the parish and the council. The requirements set forth herein are intended to provide minimum standards for such bridges on, over and across such drainage canals.
