§ 19-64. Private nature of bridge.

Any bridge constructed, maintained, installed or altered pursuant to the provisions of this article shall be and remain the private property of the permittee. The parish and the council shall not accept any dedication of any bridge to public use unless and until such bridge conforms to all applicable local, state and federal laws then in effect governing bridges and roadways.
