§ 19-84.1. Prohibited structures.

No culverts shall be placed in any drainage canal in the parish by any private individual or firm. Culverts may be approved by council action for highway construction or other major public improvement projects upon showing that the culverts will not impede the drainage in or maintenance of the canal.
