§ 20-11. Ordinance form.

Latest version.

The ordinance finally approving a plan of subdivision or resubdivision shall be substantially in the form and substance and shall contain the conditions as contained in "Form of Subdivision Ordinance for Final Approval", Annex "A" of this ordinance.
