§ 20-12. Filing and recordation.

The final plan of subdivision, the maps, plans and specifications, and all right-of-way and servitude agreements affecting the completed subdivision, shall be filed together in writing and when approved, shall become part of the ordinance finally approving the subdivision and shall be recorded in the conveyance office of the clerk of court, Parish of Plaquemines, within sixty (60) days from date of the enactment of the chapter of final approval by the parish council or said final approval and acceptance shall be null and void.
