§ 20-14. Violation and penalty.

  • Any person, partnership or corporation who violates any of the provisions of this chapter or aids or abets in the violation of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall be punishable by a fine of not less than one hundred twenty-five dollars ($125.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or shall be imprisoned in the parish jail for a term of not less than ten (10) days nor more than thirty (30) days or both. Such fine and imprisonment at the discretion of the court. Each day that a violation exists shall constitute a separate offense.
