§ 2-9. Residence, domicile and related requirements for parish president/council appointed commissions, committees and boards.

All appointed members of the Plaquemines Parish Government committees, commissions,
and boards shall possess the same qualifications and requirements for elective office
of the parish president or council member recommending such person for the appointment
except where certain experience, education and/or expertise may be required for such
entity to function property in the best interests of the parish and its citizens,
and the particular requirements of such experience, education and/or expertise are
set forth in detail in the ordinance establishing such committee, commission or board.
