§ 2-50.1. Certification by council required.

No retired employee working part time for the parish who receives a salary through the financial administration section of the parish government payroll, function code #050-5002, shall be paid further compensation from this source unless and until the position for which compensation is being paid is created and approved by the council, is factored into the parish position control system, said individual reapplies for that position, and the personnel director of the parish certifies that services are actually being performed for that compensation.
