§ 3-47. Violation a bar to further operation.

Violation of any of the provisions of this article or the refusal of any aerial applicator to comply fully herewith at the time of application or any attempt to unduly influence any parish agent from abstaining from the enforcement of these regulations shall constitute peremptory cause for the revocation of any permit which may have been issued and may be sufficient grounds to bar such aerial applicator from future operations within the parish.
