§ 3-48. Penalty.

Any person, firm or corporation found guilty of violating any of the requirements of this article or any of the rules and regulations made pursuant hereto shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction by a court of competent jurisdiction, shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or be imprisoned not more than six (6) months, or both, at the discretion of the court. Each day's violation shall be considered a separate offense.
