No harbor fees (section 6-206(b)(1)), supplemental harbor fees (section 6-206(b)(1)) or wharfage rates at public wharves (section 6-206(b)(1), or other charges of the Plaquemines Parish Port, Harbor and Terminal District,
Tariff No. 1, as amended, shall be charged at the parish boat harbors.
