§ 6-42. Contract execution.

The parish council hereby authorizes and empowers the parish president or designated representative to execute, for and on behalf of the parish government, any and all slip leases or temporary rental contracts for slips in the parish boat harbors in conformity with the provisions of this article and under such further terms and conditions as deemed necessary by the parish council.
