§ 6-41. Rental fees and associated charges.

The fees and charges for harbor space, other harbor facilities, potable water, sewerage, electricity, natural gas, garbage, water frontage and lots at the parish boat harbors shall be set by the parish council by ordinance from time to time as deemed necessary.
