§ 6-55. Placing permanent anchors in basin.

No person shall be permitted to sink or place any permanent anchor or dead-man in the parish boat harbors for the purpose of mooring watercraft without first securing the written permission of the harbor master to do so. Such permission may be revoked in writing on five (5) days' written notice given to the owner.
