§ 6-54. Liability for damaging boat harbor/marina; lien.

Latest version.

All persons damaging any part of the parish boat harbors and all persons owning watercraft which cause damage to any part of the parish boat harbors shall reimburse the parish government in an amount equal to the cost of repairing such damage. The parish government shall have a lien on any watercraft, its equipment and appurtenances, causing such damages for the cost of repairing such damage.
