§ 6-64. Trespass.

  • (a)

    It shall be unlawful for any person to go in or upon parish boat harbor property without lawful authority or without permission of the lawful custodian of such facility or his designated representative and/or the remaining in or occupying of any boat harbor property after having requested to lease by the lawful custodian of said property or his designated representative, or any law enforcement or peace officer.

    (b)

    Exception to said trespass shall be lessces of such property, guest or authorized agents of said lessee or the fully authorized employees of the Plaquemines Parish Government.

    (c)

    Any person violating the provision of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and subject to the penalty provisions outlined in section 6-74 of Article III of Chapter 6, Boats, Marinas and Marine Vessels of the Plaquemines Parish Code of Ordinances.
