§ 6-74. Penalty for violations.

Any person violating section 6-48, section 6-49, section 6-58, section 6-59, section 6-60, section 6-61, section 6-63, section 6-64 and section 6-65 of this article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to a fine of not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisonment not exceeding six (6) months or both such fine and imprisonment.
