§ 6-75. Rates for vessels that cannot be accommodated in existing slips.

  • All occupants whose vessels, including houseboats and barges, that cannot be accommodated in existing slips will be charged according to the slip size that best accommodates the vessel in the facility in which it is moored. If the vessel size exceeds the slip size, the occupant will be charged for the number of slips required to accommodate said vessel.
