§ 6-67. Senior citizen discount.

All persons who are sixty-five (65) years of age or older who own or operate a watercraft and who lease a berthing facility or boat slip in the parish boat harbors shall receive a twenty-five (25) percent discount on all rental fees and charges for the use of the berthing facility or boat slip.
