§ 6-270. Scope; compliance generally.

All persons owning, operating, leasing, or exercising control over a seafood wholesale and/or retail business in the Buras Boat Harbor, the Pointe a la Hache Boat Harbor, the Port Eads Marina and the Venice Boat Harbor (hereinafter cumulatively referred to as the "parish boat harbors/marina") shall be governed by and subject to the hereinafter enumerated rules and regulations.
