§ 6-277. Mooring and docking tackle, gear and labor; taxes.

  • At its own cost and expense, the lessee shall provide all tackle, gear and labor for the docking and mooring of vessels at the premises leased by lessee; provided, however, that nothing herein contained shall prevent the lessee from using such appliances as may be installed by the council at the leased premises upon the payment to the council of the regular charges, if any, fixed therefor. The lessee shall pay all taxes on all property, or interests therein, of the lessee on the leased premises.
