§ 7-2. No permits to be issued for certain land.

There is hereby zoned and set aside a strip of land three hundred (300) feet on both sides of the Belle Chasse Tunnel, both east and west of Highway No. 23 as it exists on May 13, 1965, for future highway and bridge construction within one thousand (1,000) feet north and south from the Intracoastal Canal, within which restricted area the parish department of safety and permits shall issue no permit for construction or installation of any type structures.
