Editor's note
Section 1 of Ord. No. 194 contained provisions for plumbing, gas and refrigeration pipe fitters in its amendment to § 12 of Ord. No. 11. The editor has construed the provisions concerning electricians as amendatory of § 7-66, which derives from Ord. No. 14. An amendment to § 8 of Ord. No. 14, carrying the same import as that of Ord. No. 194, was enacted by Ord. No. 193 and is included in Art. IV. See section 7-120.
