§ 7-101. Violations.

Any person who violates or directs or knowingly permits any violation of any of the provisions of this article, or any rule or regulation duly promulgated hereunder or who aids or assists therein, either in his own behalf or in the interests of his employer or principal, shall, upon conviction thereof by a court of competent jurisdiction be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) or to imprisonment in the parish jail for not more than thirty (30) days, or both for each separate violation. Each failure to comply with a mandate or prohibition of this article shall be deemed a separate offense.
