Every holder of a plumber's license engaged in the practice of plumbing in the parish shall display in a conspicuous place at the entrance of his place of business a sign bearing his name and the words, "Licensed Plumber" or "Licensed Plumbing Contractor" in letters not less than three (3) inches high.
