§ 7-123. Allowing one's name to be used by another.

No person who has obtained a plumber's license shall allow his name to be used by another person either for the purpose of obtaining permits, or for doing business or work under the license.

No person who has obtained a plumber's license shall allow his name to be used by another person either for the purpose of obtaining permits, or for doing work or business under the license. The licensee shall have the affirmative duty to immediately notify the department of permits that there are persons who are utilizing his name upon obtaining such information.
