§ 17-54. Declaration of nuisance.

The practice of calling upon private residences in person or by telephone for the purpose of offering goods or services for sale or for the purpose of soliciting orders for the sale of goods or services in violation of any provision of this article is hereby declared to be a nuisance punishable as a misdemeanor, as hereinafter provided.
