§ 18-23. Zoning ordinance.

Except when adopted pursuant to zoning plan proposed and recommended by the development board pursuant to section 18-20(1)c., after adoption of a zoning law, the parish council shall refer all proposed zoning ordinances and amendments to the planning development board for its recommendations in accordance with the parish comprehensive zoning ordinance, as amended.
