§ 22-21. Rental property.

When rental property becomes vacant, the landlord/owner shall notify the respective water department. All outstanding balances for that account less deposit becomes the responsibility of the landlord/owner unless the proper notification is received by the water department. In the event the water meter indicates any usage during the vacant period, all fees shall be charged to the landlord/owner.
