§ 2-29. Employment policies manual.

(a)

The council hereby accepts the "Employment Policies Manual" as proposed and presented by the committee formed by Resolution Number 88-104 of the council for that purpose, a copy of which is on file in the council secretary's office.

(b)

The council hereby orders cessation of the distribution of, reference to, or reliance upon, the "Bluebook," the "Employee Handbook of Personnel Polices and Procedures."

(c)

The council hereby authorizes the reproduction and distribution of copies of the "Employment Policies Manual" to all current and future employees of this parish, while maintaining the right to amend this manual, either in part or in its entirety, as from time to time may be found to be in the best interest of the parish and its work force.
