§ 6-35. Registration of watercraft; arrangements for berthing facilities.

No later than six (6) hours after the arrival of a watercraft in the parish boat harbors, the master, owner, or other duly authorized agent of the owner of such watercraft shall report the arrival to the harbor master of the boat harbor; and he shall register such watercraft with the harbor master and shall arrange for berthing facilities for such craft by executing the appropriate dockage agreement.
