Ord. No. 09-155, adopted July 9, 2009, repealed former § 9-1 in its entirety which pertained to driving on levees and derived from Ord. No. 82, §§ I, II, adopted Nov. 2, 1967. The provisions of this former section were incorporated in to § 15-2 of this Code.
